How to judge quality
Check how recently the list was updated, run it through a stream checker to see how many channels are alive, and prefer lists that include proper metadata and logos.
Stay on the right side
Only use playlists that are offered legally. If a list promises premium paid channels for free, it is almost certainly infringing.
