Acceptable use
The player is a neutral tool for loading and watching playlists you provide. You are solely responsible for the playlists and streams you load, and for making sure you have the legal right to access them.
- Do not use the service to access content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the site or extension
- Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
No content hosting
We do not host, distribute, curate, or provide any streaming content or channel lists. Playlists you load come from sources you choose, and streams connect directly between your device and their source — we are not a party to that connection and take no responsibility for the content it carries.
Accounts and sharing
Creating an account is optional and only required for features like playlist sharing. You can revoke a shared link at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Intellectual property
The IPTV Player site, extension, and their design, code, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights explicitly granted to use the service, no other rights are given to you.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular playlist or stream source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Player will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to content accessed through third-party playlists or streams.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
